A CMA is a tool I use to accurately identify the current market value of your home. Using comparable homes in your area, I gather recent data and sales trends while making individual adjustments based on your homes unique features to identify the perfect list price for your home.
Keep in mind, the CMA is not only based on past sales, but also compares your home to other homes currently on the market, as well as homes that did not sell, so that we can analyze the competition to your home when listing.
